JOB TITLE: Technical Service Assistant
FUNCTION: Overall function is the subject matter expert on Haulotte ERP (M3) to support operational service teams activities
The specific functions are outlined here, but no limited to this list:
- Create and follow services and purchase orders.
- Management of requirements for personnel entry to client facilities
- Spare parts, service, and machine invoicing, including credit notes.
- Create and send instructions letters for forwarding agent
- Submit and follow claims for spare parts warranties.
- Support and fill KPIs information from M3 & Cognos
- Customer proper creation in the system
- PO creation, reception, and quality check
- Management of customer billing portals
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- English speaking and writing skills.
- Communication with customers.
- Service attitude.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office).
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree on administration or related to systems.
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of work experience.
Salary: $22,000 MXN per month
Benefits: Above those required by law
Location: Manufacturing Plant, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León
