Position Summary:

As MVT Logistics Account Manager you will manage a group of existing accounts to build strong, longterm

relationships with key contacts, onboard new accounts and build creative solutions. This position

will be empowered to manage and grow existing accounts by expanding services offers with a focus on

increasing efficiency, adding value and maximizing profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

 Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers developing long-term relationships

with them.

 Make sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion ensuring successful

completion of day to day commitments.

Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines

Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting

Company goals

Stay informed of changes in the customer’s business and use that information to identify new

opportunities. Designs solutions for their supply chain challenges while growing our business

with them.

Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics

Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.

Organize the broker aspects of assigned shipments by managing and communicating with

the carriers.

Other responsibilities:

Performs other related activities or projects as delegated.

Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software.

 Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, engineering or related field is required.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of previous experience logistics is required. Or 3 years of

comparable experience in Logistics/Transportation industry.

Location: Monterrey, NL

Job Type: Full-time with full benefits

Salary: $18,000 MXP to $23,000 MXP per Month

Job Environment:

• Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and with guards 2 Saturdays a month
• Benefits: Full benefits package.
• Office Work 100% presencial
