Position: Food and Beverage Manager
📍 Location: San Pedro Garza García, N.L.
📅 Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with a weekday off
Responsibilities:
Oversee operations of the restaurant, room service, and events.
Design and update menus and dishes.
Control costs and maximize revenue.
Supervise staff and promote a positive work environment.
Ensure personalized service and excellent customer attention.
Handle complaints and suggestions to improve service.
Requirements:
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage or related field (preferred).
📅 Experience: 5 years as a Food and Beverage Manager in high-end hotels or restaurants.
📌 Knowledge of:
Health and food safety regulations
Inventory and supplier management
Cost control, budgeting, and waste reduction
Gastronomy, mixology, and food pairings
💡 Skills:
Motivational leadership and customer focus
Problem-solving and effective communication
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
🌍 Language: English desirable
