Logistic Relations Carrier Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrier Sourcing and Coordination: Identifying and managing carriers to meet customer freight needs.
• Shipment Tracking and Monitoring: Ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Customer Communication: Managing expectations and providing updates.
• Process Management: Using internal systems to track shipments and ensure quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingualism: Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of logistics experience (with degree) or 3 years of industry experience.

Job Environment:

• Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday  8:00am  to 5:00pm  and with guards 2 Saturdays a month
• Benefits: Full benefits package.

Additional Considerations:

• Salary: The offered salary range  $18,000- 20,000 MXN per month
